the lobby is really nice n makes a good first impression. the location is perfect for walkin around savannah and the beds were super comfy. the rooms are air conditioned well, which is great for hot days. its nice that there’s a pool, even if its just for loungin. staff were friendly and tried to help when they could.

room was kinda dusty and housekeeping didn’t clean it well after i asked. also, the pool is super tiny, just not great for swimmin.

My recent stay at The DeSoto was delightful. The location offered easy access to Savannah's charm, and the rooftop pool provided much-needed relaxation. Although some street noise crept in at night, the overall atmosphere was inviting and the staff friendly.

Room balcony overlooks the historic area, offering a nice view for morning coffee. Location makes it a smooth stroll to many of the town's attractions.

Housekeeping left something to be desired; a light by the closet was out and the towel rack dangled precariously. On the morning of check-out, the loud water pipes echoed through the bathroom, a real buzzkill when you’re trying to enjoy some peace. My room’s air conditioning felt fixed at a certain temperature, which was more than a little uncomfortable. the frequent sounds from the nearby street didn't help when it came to relaxation.

Now, the room? Not what I expected—just two beds and a desk with TV issues. Had to pay extra for breakfast, and they were missing the little things like a fridge and coffee maker. For the price, I was hoping for a bit more sparkle, but that view nearly made up for it!

The location was a dream! Walking distance to everything in the historic district. However, it was frustrating to have no microwave in the room. Overall, great experience despite a few hiccups! 😊

The hotel has excellent air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, plus a nice balcony offering great views of the surroundings. The private bathroom included a shower and plenty of free toiletries. The fitness centre is well equipped, featuring modern cardio machines and weights. The lobby decor is super stylish, adding to the overall classy vibe.

The convenience of the location made exploring downtown Savannah quite easy, with many attractions just a short walk away. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the prompt delivery of a refrigerator when I requested one. the check-in process was a bit confusing regarding housekeeping policies, which dampened the experience slightly.
